Answers for wholesale buyers before they bid.
The short version: no buyer premium, manifest-backed lots, approval before bidding, and shipping at actual cost.
Is there a buyer premium?+
No. Reyder charges 0% buyer premium. Your winning bid is your price, plus actual shipping if Reyder arranges it.
Can anyone browse lots?+
Yes. Visitors can browse lots and see current bids. Bidding, watching, and full manifest access require an approved account.
Why do new buyers have caps?+
New buyers may have a default active exposure cap until the first invoice is paid. Staff can adjust caps based on history.
Do you ship to freight forwarders?+
Yes. Miami forwarders are supported, along with direct international quotes and pickup from the Florida warehouse.
How are IMEIs and condition verified?+
Every unit is listed by exact IMEI. Lots marked Reyder QC verified include checked carrier/IMEI status. Lots marked Supplier AS-IS use supplier or purchase-order intake claims and explicitly make no carrier-clean or QC representation. Visitors see masked IMEIs; approved buyers can download full manifests.
What happens if I win?+
You receive an invoice for the hammer price. Payment is due within 3 business days unless Reyder has approved another arrangement.
What is proxy bidding?+
You enter your maximum. The system only raises your visible bid by the increment needed to lead, never exposing your max.
Why do closing times extend?+
Bids inside the final two minutes extend the lot by two minutes. This gives outbid buyers a fair response window.
Are pages bilingual?+
Yes. Core pages, manifests, alerts, and buyer flows are designed for English and Spanish.
How are WhatsApp alerts used?+
Email is the launch channel for outbid, closing-soon, won, payment, and account notices. WhatsApp Business can be enabled after launch for supported buyers.
